Mark Lefebvre | Principal Consultant
Mark’s 10 years work within the Toyota Group Keiretsu, and his 2 years living, working and studying Lean in Japan was transformational. It left him with a lifelong passion for Lean, and the deep expertise to do what he loves best – helping leaders and organizations excel by leveraging and integrating powerful, process-centric improvement concepts and IT and Digitization technologies.
Mark uses Lean, Reengineering, Hoshin Kanri leadership thinking, ISO management systems, Six Sigma, and other best practices to provide strategic leadership, facilitate intelligent process design, drive sustainable performance gains and build organizational capability.
His 21 year consulting career has taken him across a broad range of work environments, industries, countries and cultures spanning the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. His projects target design-to-launch, revenue generation, customer experience excellence, order fulfillment and quality systems and processes. He often exploits Hoshin Kanri concepts to help leaders build and align on effective plans and performance controls, build organizational capability and accelerate gains in performance. A systems thinker and problem solver with a science background, Mark specializes in crafting and delivering consulting and training services that reflect client’s needs and culture. Equally comfortable on the shop floor and in the boardroom, Mark enjoys working with people.
Ernest Eisentraut | Principal Consultant
A Customer Experience (Cx) and Information Technology & Digitization (IT&D) Consultant with extensive experience in enabling IT&D to enhance business gains and efficient operations. Also enabling IT&D teams to re-focus on innovation and the integration of existing and new technology solutions to drive results both in IT areas, as well as in Digital Transformation. Ernest utilizes his knowledge of business operations, complex architecture, new technology trends, and his focus on OMNI-channel capability which integrate all aspects of the customer journey across the organization.
Ernest has recently co-founded and is Principal Consultant for SyneCxity Business Consulting Group, located in Toronto, Canada. SyneCxity leverages and integrates Lean, Information Technology & Digitization (IT&D) and ISO best practices to develop superior, enterprise-wide improvement solutions. SyneCxity helps clients to reliably achieve optimal performance gains, technology migration, exploit leading IT technologies and instill a Lean-IT&D culture that drives continuous improvement.
Ernest’s leadership and consulting experience spans more than 25 years in building strong relationships, project and program management, setting realistic expectations between business and IT, strategic planning and technology evolution in security conscious, virtual, cloud and hybrid environments.
